Entering Notes and Actions
■ On the Legislative Bills window, select the Notes button.
This extensive Notes section is available for free format entry and importing. It has cut and paste capability.
The bottom half of this window contains user-defined fields (configured in Legislative System Setup). These optional fields include 5 alphanumeric and 3 date fields.
■ Return to the Legislative Bills window; select the Action Log button:
As in the Notes section, this is a free format area for entry, import, or cut and paste operations.
